Returns & Order Issues

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?
